Why can we eat nuts?

Nuts and seeds are good sources of protein, healthy fats, fibres, vitamins and minerals. Nuts and seeds regulate weight as their fats aren't fully absorbed, they regulate food intake, and help burn energy.


Why are nuts an honest snack?

As a substitute for foods high in saturated fat and sugar (such as biscuits, chocolates or cakes), nuts will be an honest choice. The high protein and fibre content makes them a satisfying snack and that they contain nutrients like tocopherol, pottasium and magnesium.
